By downloading, installing, or using the WowCow application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WowCow is a mobile application that delivers daily educational facts about the human body, mind, science, and related topics via push notifications. The App is free to use and does not require account registration.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code within the App are the property of WowCow or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Educational facts are sourced from reputable institutions (NIH, NASA, Harvard, etc.) but are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, scientific, or professional advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WowCow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) and TikTok Content Posting API. Use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
